Shri. Prabhat Kiran assumes charge as Executive Director of Bank of Maharashtra
Shri Prabhat Kiran has joined as Executive Director, Bank of Maharashtra on 24th November 2025. Prior to joining the Bank, Shri Prabhat Kiran served as Chief General Manager (CGM) heading the Large Corporate Credit Wing of Canara Bank, where he oversaw key credit portfolios and strategic lending operations. He brings with him a wealth of experience spanning over three decades in the banking industry.
Shri Prabhat Kiran joined Canara Bank in 1996, and over the years, has held several pivotal roles contributing significantly to the organizational growth and transformation. His academic background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, which complement his deep understanding of financial management, corporate credit analysis and policy formulation.
With his rich expertise in large corporate credit, strategic planning and operational leadership, Shri Prabhat Kiran’s induction as Executive Director marks an important milestone for Bank of Maharashtra. His professional outlook and strong acumen are poised to further strengthen the Bank’s leadership team and propel the institution toward accelerated growth, innovation and enhanced customer service excellence as the Bank continues its journey of expansion, modernization and delivering value to its stakeholders.
