Shri Ashok Kumar Pradhan takes over as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer ,Shri Sanjay Kumar and Shri Ajit Kumar Das assumed the charge as Executive Director of United Bank of India

 

Shri Ashok Kumar Pradhan takes over as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of United Bank of India on 1st October 2018.Prior to assuming charge, he was the Executive Director in the Bank since February 18, 2017.

With an illustrious banking career spanning over more than thirty two years, he brings to the Bank rich and varied experience. Before joining United  Bank as Executive Director, he was Chief General Manager of  former State Bank of Travancore.

Shri Pradhan, M.Com. and CAIIB, started his banking career with  former State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur as Probationary Officer in July 1985. He has worked in almost all verticals of banking across four former  SBI associate banks namely State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, State Bank of Hyderabad, State Bank of Mysore and State Bank of Travancore.

Shri Sanjay Kumar assumed the charge as Executive Director of the Bank on September 20, 2018. Prior to this, he was General Manager in United Bank of India and had joined the Bank in 1985  as Probationary Officer.

He has worked in almost all areas of Banking  in a career spanning over more than three decades.

 

Shri Ajit Kumar Das  took the charge as Executive Director of United Bank of India  on  Ist October 2018. Prior to this, he was General Manager in Canara Bank and was in charge of various departments in the Bank.

He joined Canara Bank in 1986 as Probationary Officer.
