EPFO introduces single page form for claims submission

To make its services more efficient, retirement fund body, EPFO, has introduced a single-page form to submit claims without employer attestation. The new form comes with self-certification. Earlier, subscribers, who have seeded Aadhaar and bank account details to their Universal Account Number (UAN), without employer attestation had to fill claims in Forms No. 19 (UAN), 10C (UAN) & 31(UAN).

“To add further convenience, these forms now have been further simplified and replaced with a single page composite claim form (Aadhaar). This new Composite Claim Form (Aadhaar) can be submitted without the attestation of employers,” the EPFO said in a release.
